簡介：
DK2納米有機粘土是一種含羥基有機銨改性的高純度有機蒙脫土，主要用于PET（PBT）、PU、PA、EP等聚合物改性。由于蒙脫石大的面/厚比和聚合物鏈與蒙脫石層片的相互作用因而能提高聚合物的力學(xué)性能、熱變形溫度、尺寸穩(wěn)定性、氣體和紫外線阻隔性能，產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用性能類似Nanomer 1.34TCN、Cloisite 30B。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：
主要用于PET（PBT）、PU、PA、EP等聚合物原位聚合或雙螺桿熔融擠出改性。
使用方法：
在原位聚合中，將蒙脫土在單體或預(yù)聚體中充分分散，然后按常規(guī)方法聚合。雙螺桿熔融擠出應(yīng)先使有機粘土粉體與聚合物充分混合或從雙螺桿側(cè)加料口計量加入有機粘土粉體。雙螺桿擠出機應(yīng)選用高剪切螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)，適宜的螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速，和較低的熔融溫度，保持聚合物高的熔體粘度，使聚合物在擠出過程中獲得高的剪切強度以利蒙脫石層片插層和剝離分散。
包裝儲存：
外包裝牛皮紙袋，袋內(nèi)采用聚乙烯薄膜袋的雙層包裝，或紙袋包裝，重量通常為25±0.25kg，或按用戶要求包裝。干燥條件下存放，溫度為0~30℃時，質(zhì)量有效期為24個月。
