簡介：
DK3聚合物級有機粘土是一種烷基季銨改性的高純度蒙脫土，主要用于UP、PS、ABS等聚合物中，原位聚合或雙螺桿熔融擠出改性。提高聚合物的力學性能，熱變形溫度、尺寸穩定性、氣體阻隔性能和阻燃性能。

產品應用：
用于UP、PS、ABS等聚合物改性。
使用方法：
原位聚合改性：在攪拌下將有機蒙脫土粉體分散于預聚體或單體中，為幫助分散可加入有機土量20-30%的高極性低分子量助分散劑如乙醇、碳酸丙烯酯(PC)等，經高剪切充分分散，然后按常規聚合或交鏈。
雙螺桿熔融擠出改性：將有機粘土粉體與聚合物粒料充分混合（為使粉料粘附在粒料上，可先加入0.5-1%液體石蠟或相應鈦酸酯偶聯劑與粒料混合，然后再加有機土粉體混合），如果是有側加料口的雙螺桿擠出機，有機粘土也可直接從側加料口計量喂入雙螺桿擠出機中，控制各段溫度和螺桿轉速，熔融擠出，有機粘土加入量一般為3-6%。
所用雙螺桿擠出機盡量選用長/徑比大，具有高剪切強度的螺桿結構。熔融擠出溫度不宜太高，保持聚合物熔體有較高粘度，保證聚合物在擠出過程中有較強的剪切作用，以利蒙脫土層片剝離分散。
螺桿擠出機最好配有真空排氣系統，及時排出擠出過程中可能存在的氣體，保證擠出材料的質量。
包裝儲存：
外包裝牛皮紙袋，袋內采用聚乙烯薄膜袋的雙層包裝，或紙袋包裝，重量通常為25±0.25kg，或按用戶要求包裝。干燥條件下存放，溫度為0~30℃時，質量有效期為24個月。
