簡介：
DK5有機粘土是一種含羧基的有機銨改性的高純度有機蒙脫土，專門用于PA聚合物和PET、PBT等極性較高的聚合物改性，基于蒙脫石層片大的面/厚比和聚合物鏈與蒙脫石層片之間的相互作用，因而能顯著提高聚合物的拉伸強度、彎曲強度、模量等力學性能，提高熱變型溫度、尺寸穩定性及氧、二氧化碳、水蒸氣等氣體阻隔性能、紫外光吸收性能以及阻燃性能，產品的應用性能類似Nanomer 1.24TL。

產品應用：
專門用于PA聚合物和PET、PBT等極性較高的聚合物改性。
使用方法：
原位聚合改性：將有機蒙脫土粉體分散于單體的熔體或液體中，經高速剪切使或砂磨粉體得到充分分散，然后按常規聚合。
雙螺桿熔融擠出改性：將有機粘土粉體與聚合物粒料或粉體充分混合，也可將有機粘土粉體直接定量加入有側加料口的雙螺桿擠出機中，控制各段溫度和螺桿轉速，熔融擠出，有機粘土加入量一般為聚合物的3-5%。
所用雙螺桿擠出機盡量選用長/徑比大、具有高剪切強度的螺桿結構。熔融擠出溫度不宜太高，保持聚合熔體有較高粘度，保證聚合物在擠出過程中對聚合物有較強的剪切作用，以利蒙脫土層片剝離分散。
螺桿擠出機最好配有真空排氣系統，及時排出擠出過程中可能存在的氣體，保證擠出材料的質量。
外包裝牛皮紙袋，袋內采用聚乙烯薄膜袋的雙層包裝，或紙袋包裝，重量通常為25±0.25kg，或按用戶要求包裝。干燥條件下存放，溫度為0~30℃時，質量有效期為24個月。
